Greg received a soccer scholarship at Lincoln Memorial University in Tennessee where he completed his Bachelors with Distinction in Athletic Therapy. He completed his Masters in Biology of Human Performance at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. During his time in the Netherlands, Greg worked as a Strength & Conditioning Intern with professional club MVV Maastricht where he conducted research on Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) and Heart Rate Monitoring. Greg is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
Greg has since worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Durham University, working closely with many top amateur athletes in the Olympic Development Program who have gone on to play professionally. Greg has been fortunate enough to work alongside some of the UK’s top Strength & Conditioning professionals, many of who are involved with the British Olympic Program. In addition, Greg worked closely with the professional club Hartlepool United, where he was involved with 1st team and Academy physical preparation programs. Greg was also a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Toronto, where he played a vital role in implementing high performance programs for both the Women and Men’s soccer programs.
Currently, Greg is a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario, working with a variety of sports at the provincial and national levels.
As an athlete, Greg played semi-professional soccer in Poland and also with the Toronto Lynx in the USL (PDL).
