Marino Bortolussi graduated from Sheridan Colleges in 2022 where he obtained his Bachelor of Health Sciences in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. During his studies, Marino completed multiple internships. As an intern Strength & Conditioning Coach at Sheridan College, he worked with various varsity programs where he designed and implemented training sessions for Men’s & Women’s Volleyball and Women’s Basketball. He also had the opportunity to help prepare CIS athletes for the CFL combine.
Marino further develops his skills by working with athletes with multiple sporting backgrounds and continues to be an advocate on the importance of creating good training and lifestyle habits. During his time as a Strength & Conditioning Coach he has worked with a variety of athletes ranging from competitive youth athletes to working with professional athletes.
Currently, Marino is an Athletic Development Coach at Novanta Sports Performance where he has had the opportunity to work with the ADP and OPDL programs at the Oakville Soccer Club. He also works as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Paragenix Systems Inc. where he works with high performance hockey athletes ranging from the GTHL, OHL/ NCAA, and NHL/ PHF.
